A little oasis around a random and slightly grungy part of town. The playground seems pretty new and unused.

You can see the ocean from there, Its a beautiful view.. there are playground for kids and there is a section for the dog. There is a basketball court inside the building and a decent size field on the outside. The grass are super green. There are also restroom available.

Great park to walk, play watch some soccer or just enjoy the day

Single, maintained field that encompasses the entire park, so there is little chance that others will be encroaching on it, which is a plus. Minimal parking on site and lots of broken grass on the sidewalks surrounding the park. Big consideration is the lack of restroom facilities, so plan accordingly.

As far as I know there is no artificial turf turf in Franklin Square.
