A very patient group of people. However they seem to be baiting and switching with no lower priced computers in stock at all.
I have not dealt with best buy over the phone so I can't speak to over the phone customer service. In person is great! Sorry I couldn't be more help.......
No Sir, walk in customer; respectfully. Best Buy & customer service representatives, always kind of my experience. ( ...shopped there 4-6 times, walk in )... inclusively, smart phones; on demand delivery equipment.
I have not, but maybe the time of day, might affect, the time wait... but still note excusable, maybe contact the main customer service line
