Sad to say they no longer sell retail only wholesale. It's too bad. The business' complain about the internet sales, then they shut out the DYI guy and he has to go to the internet. So Bummed.

I couldn't even get to a live person because there were so many "great" offers I had to listen to. When I pressed "0" to see if I could get to a live operator, it disconnected me. I don't have time to wait to here offers for auto clubs, free home alert systems , etc.. I will never ever call them back

May be fine for contractors, but for my needs parts were much cheaper on Amazon even including next day shipping. Lesson learned. Will not come back.

This store has a lot of parts in stock that I needed for my dryer when it went out when all the other stores in the Kansas City area did not. I did not like that you could not see what was available online but the customer service on the phone was great. When I went into the store to pick up the items, there were two people working. So I had to wait for only 5 minutes before getting help and even after the other customers were being rude to the sales people the sales people were nice to me.
