Not a healthy place to work. They over work and under pay their employees. They make them do well over their share of work and responsibilities because they’re too cheap to hire more people. They keep their employees in meetings all day (a lot of them not even pertaining to their job) causing them to get behind on their work that they’re already drowning in due to the fact their doing other people’s jobs for no increase in pay. This place has already lost so many good workers because you just can’t work here for long without getting burned out. So many current employees are actively applying for new jobs because they’ve had it here. If you’re interested in a job here, look else where if you care about your mental health.

99.2% to victims is their best year so far. They want to hit 100% through endowments, but they're not there yet. 98% to victims was their worst year. Usually averages right around 99% to victims.
