They went so above and beyond to help us! Kamna was absolutely fabulous assisting us in sending my best friend’s wedding bouquet (an odd task). So glad we stumbled across this store while visiting from out of town. They were very efficient and helpful.

Avoid, especially if you need a notary. They do not know how to notarize yet they advertise they have a notary. I sent documents that i had notarized at this place to the KS Secretary of State at a cost of around $180. The Sec of State said the notary did it wrong and refused the documents. They are sanctioning the notary. I am out a lot of money on time sensitive documents that are now delayed by weeks. They owner Ahkil will not refund or credit me for the money i lost shipping documents invalidated by their notary. A simple refund or credit is all i asked for. They obviously do not care much about their customers.

The customer service is bad. I returned some Amazon packages and the workers were so rude. They asked me twice what I needed (because apparently they didn’t pay attention the first time I said Amazon returns). The man asked if I wanted a receipt and I said,”no thanks, I’m good.” He replied, in the most condescending way, “it takes TWO seconds to grab it.” It was the guy working/clocked in on Saturday, March 26 at 12:30 that said it.

Went here today, last time I was here was about a year ago. During that time I had an amazon return, and the gentleman who help me told me to just drop off the stuff he will handle the packaging and stuff. I asked him does it cost anything he said it's part of the return. Fast forward to today, with another Amazon return. I had no other choice as ups was the only return option. My return had the box and everything was inside. The labeling and packaging is paid for by Amazon already. The flap just need a tape. I figured that would be easy. When I walked in the lady wasn't that friendly she gave me this weird condescending look then she said you have a return I said yes. She saw my box and said it would cost me 1 dollar to tape it, I said any tax? She said no. I didn't see her put the money in the register. I wonder if she had just made it up because she assumed I go there taking advantage of their free taping all the time or something. As least that's how I felt. Would not recommend anyone coming here. They charge extra for stuff that is included in the labeling. The 1 dollar doesn't bother me it's the blatant lie that I'm more disgusted with. Unfortunately I live down the street. Fortunately there is another location not far.
