Dr Mo seems like a really great doctor, but his staff is beyond unfortunate. It’s difficult to schedule, long wait times, very disorganized, and super lackluster . The staff is really really difficult to work with.

Read the reviews on this doctor and his office thought there were so many positive that it was worth a try. Showed up for my appointment after waiting a month. Ended up leaving without being seen due to how long it took to get in for the appointment and time constraints. Would not recommend this office, it seemed very chaotic and disorganized. I have no idea about the doctor since I never meet him.

Dr. Mo is fantastic and the staff is friendly. I would like the office to have a human available for calls and/or a voice mail box for questions that aren't about appointments, procedures or refills.
