We received a bid from Priced Right in October 2021 and they were the most competitive of 3. Due to other expenses we decided to wait, until our AC couldn't keep up last week. Called Priced Right to check the problem first. Determined it was time to replace. After reviewing several options they provided, Jim and Lisa worked us into the schedule . Jim and crew installed the system as promised. We highly recommend Priced Right for service and new installation!

Paul found a large flue pipe that had fallen apart during his regular maintenance. The exhaust fumes were probably in our house for days. Paul graciously changed his schedule and replaced the pipe right away. He is always pleasant to work with!

Jim worked with us to select the appropriate units, the install was done on time, everything was cleaned up, and he even took me around and gave me a system tour when he was done. We had called the "24 hour emergency line" for a competitive company that we usually use and I had sat on hold for 30 minutes with no answer, so we remembered the little Penguin truck we had seen on the road. The phone was picked up on the 3rd ring at just before 8. The lady on the line was very nice and extremely professional. We called because at 1 in the morning on a sunday, our heater went out. We used a space heater until the morning, because I knew we could get through the night. The service call and weekend price was more than reasonable compared to other companies. Jim came out mid day, was extremely quick, very nice and understanding, and we were lucky he had the part we needed for our ancient furnace. I have never had as good of an experience as this when it comes to hearing and cooling. This was amazing. I told him we are definitely going to be calling him from here on out, and the "contract" from that other place that never picked up the phone is a long lost memory. Call Priced Right.. I promise you will NOT be disappointed. These guys are the best! Thanks Jim!

Hello Elizabeth! many factors can contribute to your air conditioner not turning on, including power issues (tripped breaker and broken fuse), thermostat issues, problems with the shut-off switch, condensate drain lines, and the inside power switch. You can check and repair power and thermostat problems on your own. However, if you are unable to locate the problem or resolve it on your own, contact a professional to assist you
