Wonderful little gem of a theater. Seats around 400 replica of The Ford Theater. Great sightlines and sound. Keep in mind handicap seating on 1st fl only -- no elevator access to Balcony.

Didn't like that the elevator wasn't working and you had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The hall itself is outdated. If you are in the Orchestra seats chances are you won't see anything on stage unless you are tall. The bathrooms are very limited. I liked the show, and the music though.

Beautifully restored Irvington Hall is a newer venue that is worth the trip! Elevator make it very ADA friendly as there are 3 flights to climb. Will definitely attend more events there!

Theater is located on 2nd floor but there is a ramp and elevator to main floor of the theater which also has bathrooms. However, if stairs are a problem only buy orchestra tickets. The balcony is only accessible by going up a rather steep stairs and there are no bathrooms on that level. Keeping that caveat in mind it is a wonderful space with good sound and great sight lines. Enjoy
My apologies
