Why is it closed today even though google says that it is open? The building looks nice ☺️

Great programming at this local library. Plenty of interesting children’s classes and activities. Carolyn’s craft classes are a hit with my kids.

Fun and kid-frendly!

A very kid friendly place to get a book! There are bookclubs and many different events happening and are available to developing children. They have separate corners with the appropriate ages. There is a performance center and a very clean bathroom

The Burnham Building on Astor Street has a long history, but the library only relocated to Astor Street on January 28th, 2000. More info about the history of the library can be found: https://www.irvingtonlibrary.org/history/ and here: https://www.irvingtonlibrary.org/tiffany-reading-room/
