6/10/22 b/w 1:50-2:15pm Burger was great, but fries were from bad potatoes. Staff is rude for some reason when I was being nice and respectful. Cashier kept pouting, rolling her eyes, and had her arms crossed right when I pulled up to the window. Advice to her: if you’re going to work, don’t act like a 12 year old if you want to be taken seriously and not be a reason to bring down a franchise. Instead of pouting and whispering about your attitude to your fellow co-worker and making her laugh, why don’t you pay attention and NOT inconvenience a paying customer by forgetting a simple straw.

Customer service is average at best. Food is usually pretty good. Wait time def needs improvement and overall cleanliness def needs some attention.

The staff that works there is absolutely miserable. they can never keep up with the line and drive through so it always wraps around the building and there's always a 15 to 20 minute wait for your food. They're always out of something like this morning they were out of sugar for coffee how do you serve breakfast and you can't even serve coffee to people cuz all you have is sweet n low. I sure drove over to McDonald's to get my coffee.

The worse experience from any fast food service thus far, and i try my very hardest to stay away from fast food. Unfortunately my grandson after a long day at universal decided he wanted something quick to eat. It was late, we waited more than an hour to place our order. By the time i got to the window you hear laughing cursing and disrespectful comments to what seemed to be the manager. Poor guy looked like he had no other choice but to put up with these unruly disrespectful employees. There's was no apologies it was horrible. When we got the food i had to pretend everything was ok not to disappoint my grandson. I wanted to just drive away. But we had waited so long and my lil guy was hungry. Just writing this review saddens me. This was the only downside to our incredibly wonderful trip to Universal.
