I understand people having bad days at work, but the ladies that worked this night shift, were very rude. & to make matters worse, the misheard everything on the mic because they were too busy trying to rush us & made our order completely wrong. Terrible customer service and I will not be returning again.

First time visiting a Checkers and it wasn’t too bad. The fries are definitely their selling point & we had both the regular and sweet potato kind. Burgers were okay, the minus one star is because both mine and my son’s bacon on our burger was pretty raw.

I frequent many Checker's locations from South to Central FL however this location stood out because of one young lady by the name of Brittany who worked the drive-thru window on the evening of Friday, Jan. 21, 2022. She was very kind, well-spoken and professional. I was traveling and eating in my car while on-the-go, and Brittany was kind enough to give me extra napkins and reminded me to drive safely. I really appreciated her kind gesture and level of professionalism. I think she is management material and should be working at Checker's corporate headquarters.
