This place was totally empty. They insisted I place order at the kiosk. They were not doing anything. What has happened to. Customer service?

Family and I decided to stop in for a quick bite before heading to Disney. Their drive thru line was short so we decided to dine in since it didn't look busy. Well we stood in line for a good 20 minutes until someone decided to take our order with an attitude. This man either didn't want to work or something was up. We were polite and just shrugged it off. Once we got our order we were missing fries, sauces and drinks which he even fought us for saying we hadn't paid for! It was clearly on our receipt which he didn't even want to look at, keep in mind he took our order. Overall horrible customer service, managers saw we were having issues and not one of them came to ask how they could help or anything. Food was decent but they need to do something about the bad employees wendys has in there.

Flew in from San Antonio to attend a business conference and decided to get a grab to eat before heading to the hotel. Nuggets look as if they have been under a light all day, my tomato’s on the burger was white and the fries are old. I would have just gone to bed hungry if I would have known I was stopping to pick up slop!

The most terrible Wendy’s in Central Florida. Waited over 45 minutes in the line for the drive-through. The inside said it was open but yet the doors were locked. It is broad daylight and yet the inside is closed. That makes zero sense. The customer service is horrible. Their phones just ring off the hook and no one answers. Food is made poorly and sloppy and all of these kids that work there have attitudes. Do yourself a favor and make your own food it’s not worth your time or patience.
