I went to place my order no more then 30 seconds of deciding what I wanted and was interrupted by a belligerent man that sped up behind my vehicle he was highly upset that someone was infront of him and I couldn't complete my order because he was threatening me so decided to ignore him and complete at window the women working refused to finish letting me take my order because the man behind us was acting crazy but happily took his order instead .I definitely feel like this was based on my color and she sided with the aggressor both being of same color vs me who was simple minding my business and just wanted some food before heading home . I honestly will be avoiding this location from now on over the experience sad someone can act with hostility and be served without an issue but me being calm warranted not getting my food . Please be careful at night going to order I wouldn't want this experience on others especially if you have small children with you or are women .

Taking 4 stars away from my initial review of this store. The last 2 times my girlfriend and I have tried to order inside the dining room has been inexplicably closed in the middle of the day(around 4pm). We left and walked over to the other burger place in the area. We were frustrated and could have driven through drive thru. We did not because we were let down. They posted zero signs alerting anyone they were short staffed, they just locked the doors and dimmed the interior lights. I did not think the crew were allowed to do this, however apparently they are allowed to. I can't tell y'all how the food was or the service was recently as we haven't experienced either. If you want Wendy's do yourselves a favor and go to the store at the intersection of Vineland Road and Major BLVD. It is only about a 5-10 minute drive away and I have only been informed the dining room was closed once while the inside was being deep cleaned.

!!NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went to the store to buy takeout food last night. The cashier who served us even though they didn't have everything on the menu spoke to us rudely and even used the statement "I don't care." That is not my problem. Of course, it's your problem since I told you how I want my order and you give me something wrong, it bothers you that the client goes and tells you this is not what I order. They should hire or train their staff and managers better. What a shame to watch someone buying in the finest possible way, and then these things occur. I won't be going back to this Wendy's, and I don't recommend it. I'd rather go to the one that's a little farther away, but I won't come back here.

I came here while on vacation in 2018. It was clean, the service was very friendly and they had free refills. This is the best Wendy's I have been to so far.
