Usually I come to this Restaurant and I have a good experience, but today's was very frustrating. I made my order in the lobby and I had to wait almost 30 min only to they tell me that the food had ran out. When I asked the lady at the counter how could I cancel my order, she just answered to me “ on the phone” I asked that How ? Because It didn’t say anything how to cancel it. Then she said that I had to call customer service? So I preferred to get out of that place and lose the money I paid for the order. Never coming back there.

I didn't catch their name, but whoever was working at around 12:30am on Monday, May 11... you all are incredible. I just had the best refried bean soft taco of my life. My friend said their beefy 5 layer burrito exceeded all their expectations. In general, this Taco Bell location in particular has been a frequent favorite of mine (I usually just go late at night for the drive-through). 5 stars for all the employees here who are always great and work so hard to get my order to me.

Straight up finessed this taco bell. There was a free taco with your order deal. That was their first mistake. We kept making orders from the self order screens for just one free taco and nothing else using different names. I would have to say don't get the kebab, though.

I placed an order through Uber eats for 7 items. We only got 3. Half of our order missing. On top of that the quesadillas we did receive were a mess, not well put together and they didn’t even bother to cut it. I’m honestly lost for words because this is the first time I ever had a problem with this location.

When I went to pay through the drive thru, they used a plastic tub to take the card and give it back to me to reduce contact. Also the food bag had a sticker sealing it closed. Employees were wearing masks and gloves.

because they let damage the site I made an order for boats, did they take me an hour?
