Reckless management from supervisors to HR. Those mentally disabled adults are in danger at some of these houses. Man handled and disrespected because some cannot talk. Managers don’t do anything to their favorite staff, however if you’re not apart of that clique you will be thrown under the bus and lied on. Being a DSP is not a career, don’t take it as such. There’s no security or appreciation. You will get used..you will get hurt on the job. Their staff incident report book so thick and big it’s outrageous how their still functioning.
