The staff was very rude! The hot tub didn’t even get hot. The pool was dirty. The suites weren’t even really suites the pull out bed was literally broken and when you pulled it down it looked like a slide pretty much. When I first walked into the hotel room there were roaches and when we were checking the room out there were bed bugs 🤮 when we brought it up to one of the employees we were told “it’s not my problem”. The hotel was just trash all around. It’s not worth the money you spent especially the way these employees treat their customers. DO BETTER!!!!

We stayed there with my sister for 1 week vacation just a week ago. The staff were all courteous and friendly. We were early when we arrived and our check in time still at 11am. We had a long flight from Hawaii, got 2 layovers, so we were exhausted, sleepy and hungry upon reaching Comfort Inn and Suites. The lady at the counter was so kind to let us join their breakfast buffet even we’re not checked in yet and took care of our luggages. We stayed in the sofa while waiting to be checked in and even I dozed off because I was so tired and sleepy. When the manager saw us, he let us wait until our room is ready and allowed us to checked in earlier than we were supposed to. We were so thankful that finally we can take a rest and sleep at the comfort of our room. The rest of our stay at the Comfort Inn are very satisfying. Our room is clean. We got TV, WiFi, small ref, microwave and a coffee maker. I like their breakfast buffet, they got waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, bread, oatmeal, coffee, milk, water, all juices… most of all, nobody can beat their low price. You just have to book early so you can get a good deal. Plus it just nearby to all the parks. Also got a shuttle to take you to the parks except Disney World.

Amazing stay here at Comfort Inn! We stayed for a couple days and I was hesitant at first based on some negative reviews, but our stay was absolutely fantastic and I was really impressed. Giant room which was very clean, attentive service (our towels and trash were changed daily), nice employees, AC was working, big TV, and the breakfast every morning was yummy. We were visiting Universal and the hotel has a free shuttle you can sign up for. The location is also really walkable to ICON park next door, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm back in Orlando!!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Let me just say that the bed was like sleeping on the floor. The bed is just horrible. The room was a king size, very small and dated. The elevators are scary, they shake you have no idea what floor they stop on because the display does not work. We will not stay at this hotel ever again.
