One star is still too much. We had to book this hotel as a last resort when our other accommodations fell through. $167 total per room per night. Most of the staff was rude. The towels had visible dirt/makeup on them. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. Electrical outlets and lamps were inoperable and/or visibly damaged. Pillows were the small - about the size of a standard throw pillow. Mattresses were well beyond their useful life. The general appearance of the rooms was dirty and amateurishly maintained. There was even a dirty footprint in the bathtub presumably from the previous guest(s).

This hotel is horrible. There’s no one to help you with your bags to your room. There’s roaches in the hallway and ants in the room. The housekeepers never came and cleaned anything. The toilet is always running and the bathroom is always dripping water and there’s no soap. The pool is filthy as a guest had to let us in the pool area because the lock is too hard to open and gets stuck and you can’t open it. Once in the pool it was filthy with leaves and dirt. Don’t waste your money find someplace else it’s worth paying a little more.

We went to check in at 6 pm, keep in mind check in was supposed to be at 3 pm and our room wasn't cleaned. We were told it may be ready around 6:30, we went to dinner and came back at 6:40 still not ready. We got ready for our concert in our car!!!!! at 7:10 the room was ready. I didn't expect much as we just needed a room to lay our heads for the night but my good it was disgusting. Legit bugs in the bathroom, smoke alarm chirping, smelt like smoke. Outdated is an understatement. No apology, we were told to contact the 3rd party we booked through to place a complaint. If I could provide 0 stars I would

Gigi at the front desk was awesome every time I've stayed here. She was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms could use a deep clean over all not to bad. If it wasn't for the customer service i received from Gigi i probably would have not returned.
