Terrific place for an afternoon of fun for the whole family. We went here for a birthday party that they had arranged, organized pizza and cake etc and a cute little party room and then the kids could go and use all the facilities jumping, throwing, etc. After all that they were able to go and play on the arcade games which made for a great afternoon now and a really fun birthday.

Launch is always about the same really but why are the card loader machines always down lately. Also it's just a boring vibe and for a Saturday in the summer??? The funnel cake fries weren't able to be ordered, lóoked like some construction was being done on carpet or floor padding and covid hadn't disappeared so why aren't we sanitizing these places for young children no games were wiped not even the computers I register on, the vr games are always down , the huge candy machine has discolored super old candy on it as well, glad small kids still enjoy it but launch needs new fun things to do. Remember these are ways for our children to have somewhere fun and safe to go seems Asheville is really lacking on those things for kids recently. All in all our 9 year old loves this place but our teens never want to go if I say sky zone or urban air they run ..... Launch is just meh.

Went for a birthday party, had the best time! I even jumped, and had amazing fun. So many trampolines, set up very well, and very safe. The games downstairs are a blast, and the birthday setup is fantastic. The staff, even the young staff, were polite and friendly. Take your kiddos, and prepare to jump yourself, because you deserve the fun, too.

With very few other indoor options for us to take our kids, Launch is always one of our favorite places to go. We have hosted and attended many parties as well as just bringing our children regularly and they always take such good care of us! As a a business owner, it’s encouraging to see a business still thriving and meeting our needs as customers after a tough couple of years! This is a great place to bring your kids to have fun (aka wear them out before bed lol) or to throw parties! Again, they always take such great care of us and anyone we have attended parties! We love the family environment from ownership and love the owner Kristie and her family! Her kids love helping out and honestly show more work ethic than most adults these days! In my personal life my family takes part in many of my businesses, so it’s awesome to see their children engaged in learning a business mindset from a young age!
