There two weeks ago on a Sunday... saw very few masks on anyone.
We were there for a private party and none of the kids wore a mask...we have 2 yr old up to 17 yr olds. The staff were all masked

How can I talk to an actual person on the phone? I have called at least a dozen times today. I left a message on the extension the automated system directed me to at opening time this morning. No return call. So frustrating!!!
