How can I talk to an actual person on the phone? I have called at least a dozen times today. I left a message on the extension the automated system directed me to at opening time this morning. No return call. So frustrating!!!

I dont know if you ever got anyone to answer the phone but when i went there we did not need any reservations we just showed up and paid and the kids had a blast hope this helps

I wish I could give you some good information but I know the last time we went there somebody else had already made the reservations for the kids and we just had to show up but it's awfully loud in there and I don't know if they can hear a phone Unless they were right beside it
