I tried to buy a TV from multiple stores with an online reservation and Best Buy was the only place that actually had what I want to buy before I got there as well as getting my online order ready before I got there. I was just very impressed and the employees there were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them for online ordering!

Sometimes they have good deals but one team member told me the computer I wanted wouldn't work for my schooling at all. I ended up trusting my gut and got it anyway and it has been perfect and done absolutely everything I needed it for. Good thing I didn't listen to him.

This is difficult. I have bought everything from Best Buy before it was even called Best Buy. Quality items, for sure. But the manager at the Arden store treated me so rudely that I never want to go back there again. Never in my over 50 years as an adult making my own purchases have I been treated by a manager this way. He wanted me to return 2 expensive items that I had just bought, a laptop and new Pixel Pro 6 phone, rather than let the only person in this entire area who understands how to handle this brilliant but complicated phone, spend an hour helping me with it, even after I had scheduled an appointment with him and would personally not keep him from making another sale if he was teaching me. Yes, manager Josh would rather I return $2000 worth of equipment rather than let this employee help me for an hour. I shamed him into giving me 5 minutes with him so I could ask him how to fix my most pressing issue. Unbelievable. I researched Best Buy's customer satisfaction policies and then reported him to their head office. He was shameful but I wasn't going to give him the satisfaction of crying. For the record, I am 72 years old, disabled and use a cane, but my mind works just fine. I will not go back there if I can find another decent electronics store. I have probably spent $50,000 there during my lifetime, from computers, phones, TV'S, W/D's, vacuums, everything you can imagine. He ruined it all. Never had much issues with anything I have bought there through the years.

We already bought the stereo and what happened was we also bought a backup camera, too and the place we went to did it wrong so the wiring in the back was split open and we need someone to repair it cuz now it leaks in the back of my SUV. ☹️ thanks everyone for the information and suggestions. I called today and the manager authorized us to bring it in for repair
