Love it here and the surroundings. I did search around for cheaper places but all the prices seem the same in the area. With the amazing scenery this community has, how awesome and kind the staff are even through the toughest of times, and the value of my apt is compared to none! Id rent here again and again and I recommend all my friends do too. I even have one moving in next month in a building not too far from me. Super glad she’s here and the community is great.

Be aware, don’t rent here! A lot of people are moving out. Reading through some of these reviews they are very true. This community has hidden fees. They do not care. Very greedy. They will tow your vehicle expecting you to read through emails on where they will tow your vehicle there are no legal signs to express vehicle towing. The pool is too small to accommodate the complex. Be aware they will screw you. Unexperienced young staff..

After less than 3 months of living in this beautiful complex I have been sent an eviction notice for an overlooked payment, upon move-in was charged over $1000 of fees already paid, my property was moved and stored without my acknowledgment, hidden fees everywhere including a $40+ “convenience” fee for paying rent online, and the manager, Erica, frequently “randomly supervises” the pool area for women wearing bikinis that she doesn’t like and threatens banning you from the pool permanently. It was mentioned to me to bring my bathing suits by the office for approval. It’s really weird and uncomfortable. Not worth the high price of the apartments

Not terrible but there's certainly room for improvement, and there shouldn't be at this price point. One problem is that it's owned by a large corporation. As large corporations do, they seem to want to maximize the money they get out of it while spending the least amount on maintaining it. I would highly recommend you check Pegasus' BBB rating and the comments on their Facebook page if you want to get a feel for how they respond to resident concerns.

Yeah they have no decency or shame. we had issues while in one of the apartments and Tara sent us in circles and never took care of the issue. You are just another number to them unfortunately. Even if you are a person with a disability.
