I tried to get an appointment with them back in May, and they gave me a time for late Jun; then, two days before the scheduled appointment, they canceled it. They gave me another appointment for late July, which was also canceled. Finally I was able to visit them two weeks ago and secluded my lab work (which is time-sensitive), and today, I received a call about my appointment being canceled again! They are the most irresponsible facility. I will not go back ever again.

Why ask your patients to wear a mask if you don’t wear it properly? People walk in and could be immunocompromised or she could be spreading to the people in the clinic. Looks like laziness in safety precautions that were set in place for a reason. Very disappointed Samahan. Do you even care?

Worst experience ever with prescription. Doctor and his inefficient assistant took more than 3 weeks to settle all my medicine and other medical gadgets such as blood strips, monitor, lancet, needles etc.Seems they have no idea what is required with each item. Every time you have to remind them on email that “you have missed this or that”. Because the doctor comes twice a week action from the Doctor is abnormally delayed.. I am looking for a change of both clinic and doctor. This was not so in 2017-18. Frankly I would not given one star even if there was scope for me to write my review. They have the worst admin staff.

Worst experience with doctor's office in my life. NP who saw me asked if I had done physical therapy for a lipoma. Blood draw was done incorrectly - phleb left the tourniquet on whole time and blood trickled out for 5 minutes - when I told her this was incorrect she insisted the tourniquet was necessary to keep the blood flowing. So poorly trained. I have now had two important phone appointments missed because I was never called - the first time I called afterward and was told the doctor would call me back - never did. This time I even called the office 15 minutes before my appointment only to be told the doctor wasn't available. I have never seen such gross incompetence at every single level in one establishment. Find another provider as this place is truly a joke - I have no doubt they have done harm to many patients through their incompetence and horrible followup. No wonder they have 1.8 stars. Wow
