Online it says they open at 0700, they don’t open the doors till 0715. Then they won’t check you in till 0730. The nurse staff won’t answer your questions, they just refer you to you Corpsman. Even though you tell them you already contacted the dam Corpsman. Then they send you to different clinics. Just so Balboa can tell you, they could have done that there and saved you the gas. I’m no speaking for the Officer/ doctor side. The nurse and front desk people are hot garbage.

Since COVID I understand how busy a pharmacy can get. Many times I find the frustration with any pharmacy is just people being impatient. I have never witnessed anyone storm off as a result to the actions of this pharmacy. This pharmacy has an effective system of having refills picked up through the a drive thru window. Social distancing is still enforced, the waiting area is always clean, everything is clearly labeled. The staff is all so polite and sweet. Specifically, I enjoy going to this pharmacy over others because of one of the staff members named Michael. He never fails to recognize peoples faces and it is warming, inviting, and reassuring to find that he is taking the time to acknowledge us patients as opposed to just strictly doing his job. The other staff is equally professional, educated, and they all have that therapeutic communication that is needed in a healthcare setting. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I suspect they purposely put the rudest person in charge of answering the phone so that you will not feel any inclination to come in whatsoever. Maybe the person was just having a bad day, which I get. However it’s hard to forgive the incompetence. If you’re the front desk then how can your final answer be “I don’t know, we can’t help you” when asked a simple question about setting up an appointment? Why are you answering the phone if you don’t know anything? I’m pretty mild mannered but this place got my blood boiling. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your medical needs if you can help it

I enjoy coming here, the doctors I've had have been really good at their job, especially the one I have now. They always diagnose me properly and the wait at the doc and pharmacy is never too long. Most of the staff is also very friendly.
