This place has a great location, beautiful lobby and good water pressure. Full stop. Everything else was not worth the over $200 a night stay. Paint is peeling all over our room. They don’t do a very good job with the vacuum because there is stuff everywhere on the floor. The shower doors are really hard to open and there is no fan or lock on the bathroom door. No ice buckets in the room. Check in time is not 4pm so be aware of that. They start at 4pm but you room may not be ready yet. Ours was not. Last thing you want to hear after a long drive is that your room is not ready. Parking is extra $$$ unless you get lucky parking on the street. People were friendly but my issue is price point versus quality. It just doesn’t match at all. You can stay somewhere else for about the same but have a way nicer room.

Can't say enough about this amazing hotel. We stay here every year and receive top notch service from one of the most friendliest and helpful staffs on Earth. The rooms are very clean and updated with a modern look. Pro Tip: spend a little extra and get a room with a balcony, you'll LOVE it!

Great location in heart of Savannah. Quick walks to everything. Rooms are a good size with small bathrooms. No fridge, small coffee maker. Nice pool area with outdoor bar that wasn't open during my stay, and the workout facility. Conference space was perfect for our smaller group but did get double booked spaces with a wedding at hotel. Hotel accommodating.

Beautiful lobby and very nice rooms. We had the corner king and it has a great view of the cathedral across the street. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and a nice size. The windows open a little bit too for some fresh air! Breakfast menu has yummy options too. Great hotel, staff, and valet staff! The valet guys are great!
