I received the wrong pizza. Upon calling them, I was told I’d get my correct one delivered. I waited for an hour and then get to know that they didn’t actually place an order for sending my correct pizza. So overall I had to wait nearly 3 hours for one simple pizza. It has the worst customer service.

I will NEVER order from this location again. The delivery driver by the name of Daniel is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I specifically put 4th floor suite 405. He was too lazy to come up to the 4th floor to bring me my pizza. He left and took my order back to the store. I called and he advised he would bring it back. He came back and still did not bring it up. He left again and told me he was not bringing my order back. I called the store and spoke with manager which was very nonchalant about the situation. He didn’t apologize or anything. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My orders are usually spot on ! But this particular night I received this for my specialty chicken. When I opened the box, the chicken was literally half the box. There were only 4 jalapeños && more pineapple than chicken. For me to pay 6.99 for this item it really was not worth it.

EDIT: It is a perfect Domino's if you just do carry out. The following is the experience from delivery. The pizza is good if you can get it. I waited outside for 30 minutes with the app telling me my driver is right in front of me. After respectfully calling the store, waiting over 10 minutes on hold, an impatient employee informs me that my driver came back to the store "about an hour ago." The driver didn't attempt to roll down the window, step outside the car, or make any effort to find the owner of the delivery and left the busy road very quickly. Of the many cars that stopped outside my residence hall, none of them had any Domino's branding or contained a driver with a Domino's uniform. Get grubhub to deliver: anything but Domino's.
