If I could leave 0 stars I would ! We ordered 2 pizzas with cheese sticks . One pizza was absolutely over loaded with sauce , the second pizza instead of having beef it had Italian sausage , the bread sticks were totally raw . I’ve tried calling the store 8 times with no answer . So I called corporate well I sat on home a total time of 35 minutes . And now the store has closed and it is 5pm . So I’m out $50 & corporate said I will receive a phone call in 2-3 days & hopefully I will get my money back . DO NOT waste your money going to this location it’s truly a waste of time . Light your money on fire instead of ordering anything from here !!!!!

I saw the one star revues on yelp and thought it couldn’t be that bad. It is. Ordered a pan pizza supreme and garlic bread sticks. Received a deep dish pepperoni and plain bread. Tried calling them 5 times, they don’t answer the phone. I cancelled the credit card charge and maybe that will get their attention. BTW, the pepperoni pizza sucked.

The pizza was not delivered as fresh as it could be and was not hot. It took a long time for the pizza to arrive. I received conflicting messages that the pizza had already been delivered and another one stating that it was being made and another one that said the pizza was on its way. The rewards balance is still zero even after ordering multiple times, my points are not visible on the balance.

update: ordered again since pizza was good. Bridgette was still in a bad mood. She called me and first thing she says is “i hope you have a better attitude for me tonight”. Reported to corporate. driver, Bridgette i think, was rude af. she came by once, went to wrong address and returned back to pizza hut before calling me. i requested they remake a pizza because mine would be cold on her second trip to me. she finally arrived so i came out to the parking lot. she saw me and drove right past intentionally. i got my pizza and cinnamon rolls and began walking to my door and she yells at me “you dont have to snatch it” so i told her she didnt have to drive right past me. her bad night was not my problem. we are all overworked and underpaid. also, cinnamon rolls are my little pony sized. pizza was good.
