I went to this place last week, because my daughter broke the piece of the charger right inside the charger port. The piece that remained inside was so small that it could not be seen. I went to different places and they said it was too complicated or they took a long time to fix it. When I went to this place they attended me super fast and a very kind boy told me to wait 2 minutes while he checked. He came back in less than a minute and the iPad was ready to use, since it was such a simple thing they didn't even charge me. I left very satisfied and even if they had charged me, I would recommend it. Fast and efficient service.

Poorly trained technicians and very unprofessional team. I had an appointment via Asurion for a simple battery replacement at 6PM, May 31st. It took the clerk 30minutes to check in my device and then had the audacity to say we are closing at 7PM, please come back tomorrow and leave your phone. The following day, June 1st, I receive a call saying there's a scratch on my phone and I need to pay out of pocket versus using my pre-approved Asurion insurance claim to replace my battery. I told them that's impossible there's a scratch, I've keep my phone in a fully covered phone wallet case along with screen protective shield. I asked why wasn't my phone inspected during the 30mins it took to check me for my appointment. Their reply, "..sorry about that and you can pay the $80 battery fee or pick up your phone..." ! Avoid this location; they do not train their team, rush you out the door versus honoring a customer's scheduled appointment and very cynical with their apologies ! ***************** My persistence paid off and I finally received better customer service from Steven. Apparently the other guy who gave me the run around was resigning from this store. I upgraded my 1 star to 4 stars after Steven resolved 2 of 2 issues I was having with my phone and handled the paper work with my insurance claim. Great to know there's still dedicated and professional workers in the world ! Thank you STEVEN !!!

We do not typically work on controllers due to the parts being difficult to source and the repair not being cost effective. However, we do offer free diagnostics on all devices so you are welcome to bring your controllers into your local store to see if we can help.
Pretty sure walk ins are welcome. You'll need to drop off the device. It took 2 hours for them to replace the glass on my phone 📱
Yes, $289. It's a new battery and screen. But if you have any scratches anywhere else they have to fix those too too ensure the phone is water proof. That brought my total to $389. :( they also won't give you your original battery back. Good luck
