>SURE made me appreciate Rust McDs enterprises(LumbertonNC) for their friendier approach to pricing and customer interaction.. This McD's was clean! The cleanup lobby guy was the friendliest of all personel at that time. We had 3 orders on one ticket and got 3 napkins,perhaps a bit skimpy and there is no refill bar. Realize that this McD's is in a pricey real estate area and supplies cost money , especially trashed unused supplies. But $.59 cents for a dollop of Mac sauce? Food was great! Thx

I am someone who personally never goes through drive thru, I usually order online. Today for the first time in forever I went through. First of all I don’t understand why some lady yelled at me and was so rude over some buffalo sauce. I am not one to argue, so I’ll let you have your attitude and I’ll drive off with what I KINDLY asked for. Extremely rude and unprofessional. It was a older women too. I’ll continue to order online and not deal face to face with these workers.

Nothing I experienced today with any of the employees and management at this location aligned with McDonald’s Mission and Values…… I am extremely disappointed in how this location performs. I come to this location a lot because it’s a close place to grab a good bite to eat. However, lately every time I experience the absolute worst customer service. There needs to be some performance evaluations done and proper training.

Worst customer service EVER!!! I arrived at the place with an order for 9 drinks repeated the order twice at drive thru and once I reached the window I ran it back with the agent twice to assure accuracy. However once I got to the window the order was incorrect. I asked the same woman who took the order to correct the order…she asked her manager and I was told in order to get the order I placed & they messed up corrected I would I have to go back to the first window and wait in line to have ONE drink corrected, while I was purchasing NINE. I asked to speak to the manager to have it corrected he reiterated that they could not correct the order THEY got wrong after me reviewing four times and as I waited in line he proceeded to call the police with children in the vehicle although the only people being rude were him Assistant Manager Willie and his staff. As we patiently waited the police arrived just as shocked and appalled at the incident as myself and the children with me. In this current climate that situation could’ve ended horribly because of a mistake on the part of the McDonalds thankfully for us the cop saw clearly the misuse of the system and told me the proper channels to take against the restaurant as well as the address to Starbucks!

I think they are understaffed, and management might not be aware. Not good for efficient business.

They are good masks are required and tables are clean.
Only because McDonald's in Garner needs to be faster and accurate with the orders on Fridays and Saturdays. Other wise they are ok.
