Ordered and paid for a pizza. It didn't show up. Tried to get a refund from the store and corporate office and can't. Buyer beware!

Horrible customer service. We placed a order and went to pick it up. We get there and they say our order is canceled. The door says they close at 12am. It’s only 9:45pm!! The guy says he “has to go.” We’ve already paid and didn’t get a cancellation notification or anything. Very unprofessional! They called to confirm our order. Took our money and didn’t even call or text to confirm that it was cancelled. And we had a huge order. Just avoid this place if you can

We ordered pizza online, paid for the order, and arrived on time to pick it up. When we arrived, the employees were arguing with each other about whether we actually paid or not and said that they were not going to make our pizza until we showed up and paid (which we already did online!!). We asked for a refund, they said none of them knew how to do that, only the manager could and she was on a delivery. I had to end up calling the store to request the refund. The first manager I spoke to tried to argue with me and the 2nd manager was actually very apologetic and nice. The lack of training the employees have received, along with their disregard for other people and their job is the best way to turn business away. I won't return and you should do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

This is hard to write since I have always been a fan of Jets. The service and quality at this location is beyond terrible. I spent $50 for delivery of a large pizza, a order of breadsticks and a bottle of ranch. I scheduled the delivery for 715pm. At 745 I called to get an update, phone rang for at least 5 mins and someone answered and said your pizza is just now out for delivery. I didn’t need to give a name or order number. Twenty five minutes later the pizza was delivered, grease pouring out of the vents, cold pizza and missing the ranch dressing. Driver grabbed the receipt, repeated my address and said he would return with missing item. At 853 he returned with the dressing bottle and a free bottle of Pepsi. The driver was polite- dressed in Jets uniform so this can’t be blamed on Door Dash. There are too many choices for pizza in Raleigh and I wish this was a single isolated incident at this franchise but it has happened at least three other times.
