We looked online and found the trailer that was perfect for our needs (fitting a very specific size of off road car) and our budget. We called and made an appointment for the same day to see the trailer and told them when we would be there and when we were on our way. THEY SOLD THE TRAILER WHILE WE WERE DRIVING THERE! We made the hour plus drive to the dealer, they walked us into the trailer and let us start looking around and then told us THEY JUST SOLD IT. Then proceed to give us some run around and then tried to sell us a trailer that is $20k over our budget. Never again Giant RV. You have a terrible business and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Jeff will get you hooked up with another set of killer info as it relates to operations. After picking his brain I feel like a pro. Both were a big help and had great personality. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!! We purchased a 70k keystone Arcadia travel trailer from here and it’s been a complete nightmare. So many issues that I don’t know where to begin. Firstly, the night that we had it delivered to our campsite by the manager Daryel we had no heater …. Actually 4 months later we still do not have a working heater. The radio doesn’t work we have had a water leak and our entire leveling system just went out. If that isn’t bad enough when you go to drain the gray water the black water comes out. Not to mention our kitchen sink does not drain. When we originally scheduled the heater to be fixed at their shop it sat waiting to be repaired for a month saying they were waiting on the part but we when spoke to Keystone they stated they had the the part for over week and NEVER repaired it ….once again their reasoning was because they did not have the part and to date they are still saying they don’t have the part. Our sales guy Neal seemed nice but seems to have little concern over helping us resolve these issues. There should not be these issues with a brand new trailer. I have attached pictures of how the leveling system wasn’t installed properly so when we had the water leak the water shorted out the leveling system. The only way we were able to leave the campsite was by hiring and paying out of pocket for it to be repaired which on a brand new trailer is unacceptable and all GIant Rv had to say we can schedule a service apt and that’s even if they call you back. And when you send it to their service department it sits there for 5 to 6 weeks and does not get fixed. Giant RVs customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. If you buy your RV from here he will not be taking care of you will not be treated as a valued customer. Add on my final note Giant RV in Montclair quoted us one price for the circuitboard for the leveling system but when we got there to purchase it it was $150 more because it was a Keystone.

WARNING! Be Careful!!! Be EXTRA careful if you decide to use this company. My wife was diagnosed with Cancer and we decided to get a Motor Home so we could continue to travel and work, while having all her meds and healthy foods with us. The guys at Giant RV were very helpful to us at first, but as soon as we paid for the RV they lied to us and didn't fix the things that we recognized was wrong with the vehicle during the test drive, as promised. When we drove the vehicle off the lot we realized they didn't keep their word. BUT THE WORST....... was when we went to the gas station to fill the tank and found out that we couldn't fill the gas tank because of a blockage or faulty gas receptor??!!! It took me over an hour to get a quarter tank of gas!!! When I took the RV back to Murrietta the guys below management tried to help me, but management were lame, ESPECIALLY "BULLY BOY" HANK, who told me he couldn't help me because the RV now belonged to me and the bank. WOW! Now I have to bring it to their Service Department (who seem to be much more friendly and helpful) so they can fix all the issues with our brand new motor home. Both me and my wife feel deeply hurt and disappointed by this experience. Unethical business sucks!

We picked up our MH late April/early may without 2 items, the driver side curtain and the awning cap. Was told a couple more days. 3 weeks ago I called to check on them and was told by another person that he ordered them. Then he started giving me excuses, when I said I didn't want anymore excuses, he said he was trying to help and hung up on me. Rude! So I have been patient enough. I rarely ever get call backs. Please provide me with thors phone # for parts along with the info they will need to check on my parts (i.e. your store # if needed). I dont know when they actually order my parts.
