We picked up our MH late April/early may without 2 items, the driver side curtain and the awning cap. Was told a couple more days. 3 weeks ago I called to check on them and was told by another person that he ordered them. Then he started giving me excuses, when I said I didn't want anymore excuses, he said he was trying to help and hung up on me. Rude! So I have been patient enough. I rarely ever get call backs. Please provide me with thors phone # for parts along with the info they will need to check on my parts (i.e. your store # if needed). I dont know when they actually order my parts.
I think both answers above are no good for RV warranty repairs. Typically repairs take a good 2 months. Some earlier , but nothing should take longer than 2 months. It's very inconvenient because everything is made and shipped from the east coast. If it's not something that stops u from camping it's easy to be patient but if the RV is sitting because of the repair, remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease. It helps to call thor directly as well and make sure the dealer is calling things in promptly. For sure u need to have your patience cap on, all warranty centers seem to be this way.
4 days at the most
Technically there is no time limit on how long parts should and or could take. Took exactly 60 days for my new Hellcat engine to get to Dodge and be put in, took about 60 days for the brand new transmission too so you never know.Things take time to make, create, ship, unbox, put seals, unbolt last part, replace with new part,test... blah blah blah...
