Ugly Mr

When we came in, I could see that Michelle, the manager, really didn't want us to be here ,because she had this impatient, angry face all the time. She heaved each package into the box .She was very rude and asked us to weigh each box, we had the label on the box ready.and I mailed the same box to another store the day before and they didn't ask us to weigh it. After we finished, she served several white clients and was much nicer. I want to ask, does she think asians won't complain to her because we are Asian? It makes me feel racist .Michelle, you're the manager here, you should have a lot of experience, it's not professional.

Very convenient. They take amazon returns and USPS stuff too. Some of the workers are not so knowledgeable about USPS items but still convenient. On the pricier side of things. They charge extra for postage.

Very unfortunate people who work in customer service have to have such a poor attitude towards others, lady working that assisted me looked absolutely miserable i was waiting for somthing to print out I get it takes a while was there witnessing this lady just be rude to everyone that came in no hello no how can I help you. What a shame this lady works here and makes everyone feel uncomfortable with that attitude. Safe to say payed for my copy and took my business elsewhere.

Outstanding Customer Service! Shelley, the manager, and her team have always provided professional services. Whether it be shipping, packing, faxing, shredding, or other services, they have been spot on. Even when we had a delivery issue, Shelley took it on her own to fight for me and got our claim approved. Shelley is a very dedicated UPS manager who always takes care of her customers. My hats off to her and her UPS team.
