Had an amazing experience at BMW of Murrieta! If you want someone who is knowledgeable and extremely helpful to find your dream car, ask for Charles Ntekim. I am more than happy with my new car and he was able to make the process feel easy and stress free! I will be reccomending him to my family and friends.

Outstanding customer Service! Great communication from drop-off to pick-up! Quick repairs; only 1 day. Provided loaner and was the best, quickest repair experience I have EVER had in 42-years of car ownership and repairs! Great job BMW Murrieta Team! Organized, clean and efficient, and thorough business. Staff was VERY friendly and courteous!!!

One of the biggest and organised BMW dealerships. Very nice experience with the staff and management l. Front desk employee l, the young Girl ( I forgot to ask Her name ) so sweet and respectful l. She does everything to help me find the person that I was looking for. Definitely will back to here for a great deals. Thank you BMW. The only problem that I got is that they are not responding to the online chat.

I had a really great experience buying my vehicle with BMW of Murrieta. Rodrigo specifically was very, very kind, personable, knowledgeable, and straight up…all the best qualities in customer service. He was the best sales agent that I worked with out of the many dealerships I shopped in. The facility is really nice. And very high tech and streamlined service when it came to the paperwork process. The best part is I love my car, and it is in very good condition that is in line with the principles and quality that one would except from a BMW dealership and brand…even though my car is not a BMW.

It is on the same street across from the original dealership.
Masks are required, social distancing and vehicles are wiped down before access is granted
You will need to contact them directly. What is open now is fairly new
It's because when bought new the car had many subsidies available that brought the original MSRP down to low levels. So an electric car that has a MSRP of $30000 after subsidies may only cost the buyer $20000. Now factor in normal depreciation for a 3 year car that was bought for $20000 and not for $30000 thus the seemingly high depreciation.
They do have a parts department where they can order parts for you. I'd suggest calling them to see about specific parts.
