Emma was my service advisor and she is wonderful! She is courteous, professional and very sweet. My car was serviced properly and I am happy! I brought my truck in to sell and Andre Phillip's helped me with a fair price and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I had taken it to Hemet Ford dealership where I purchased it new in 2015. I was told they would offer me a great price since they knew the history of my truck. What a lie. After they tried to make a fool out of me with a ridiculous offer I was a little gun shy about taking it to another dealership. Andre assured me they would not do that to me. He said he would be fair and he was. I left there with a smile on my face! Thank you Volkswagen of Murrieta & especially to Andre!
