Made an appointment online for notary services. Got a confirmation email from them and a reminder email confirming my appointment time. We arrive to find there is no notary available. Clerk directs us to the UPS store in Lake Elsinore. Thankfully, I immediately called that store and asked for notary services. The Lake Elsinore store said no notary was available but there is one at the Hancock store. Wrong information. Pointless to make an appointment. Very dissatisfied.

Not cute. I arrived to the store about 15 minutes before closing time, to print and ship. There was an issue with the printing but the employee at the printing station did what she could and we figured it out. I ended up having to write in some information because the computer left all of the fields blank. The cashier expressed to me that she was ready to go home (Aren’t we all?) and asked me repeatedly how long I would be - while I was writing. The printing issue delayed the process..however I still needed to pay for the print and ship my letter. She proceeded to stand there and watch me as she stated that she "gave me ample enough time" to write what I needed to write...even though she had just handed me the papers. By this time, the store was nearing closing. I couldn't even focus on what I was doing because the atmosphere was so unaccommodating and she was standing over me. This was a very important piece of mail and I was just going through the normal postal motions. I wouldn't even mind if she had walked away from me and fulfilled her other duties while I got the letter ready. I would have waited, but apparently she didn't have the patience to wait on me. According to her, her shift was OVER, even though there was a customer still in the store. As much as I wanted to school her on the proper etiquette of customer service...it's not my job, I was tired after working all week, and I’m not in the business of proving my value through words. Instead, I left the papers there on the desk, asked her to throw them away, and walked out of the store....freeing her and her precious time of the burden of servicing me so that she could get home as soon as possible. The days of wasting time, money, and energy on employees who play around with disrespect and confusion are long gone. We are in tough times, and I refuse to allow difficult individuals to stand between my tasks and I. I hope she learns her lesson quickly, but it won't be through me and hopefully not at the expense of your business. Please uphold your store to the values of fulfilling customers' orders with solutions and being respectful. It really makes a huge difference! We work too hard to deal with dysfunction and people who don't care to assist with basic services. I wish you the best of luck.

Garbage! Long line, no issue waiting. Get to the desk and could tell it’s either a new employee or a fiend. I asked for a live scan fingerprint and was told to wait til the guy was finished with the customer. While waiting there’s a lady behind me that was being impatient and wouldn’t stop complaining about the wait. Customer is done, now the guy is free to do mine. I currently need a new printer so I needed them to print the form for the scan and then do the process. Guy comes up to me and asks if I’m next, and then I let him know I just need to print the form and then do the scan. He handed me the card with the email to send it to, this form printing process would literally take one minute. As I’m about to send the email, the new employee (or fiend, honestly couldn’t tell based off her interactions with me and others) tells the guy to take the lady that was complaining earlier about waiting because she has her form and I don’t. Her form wasn’t even filled correctly as the guy had to ask her multiple questions that needed to be filled out. I’m a very patient person and have worked in the retail industry, I’m very understanding and hardly ever care enough to write negative reviews about places. But this was absolute garbage, the lady that complains gets rewarded because I needed to print out the form I had already completed online. It’d make sense to me if it took me 5 minutes to send it, or print, etc but no. I’ve gotten forms printed here before and the process is literally a minute. Walked out and will never return

Walked in and there was only one customer ahead of me. The young African-American lady working was very nice and quick to help me return a package and ship a package. She made it easy to understand and cost effective. I'll definitely be back.

Yes, I'd call to verify on duty but my guess is they are always staffed with one.
