I’m currently dealing with a serious health issue and have no funds and they rejected my case due to an extremely rude woman on the 3rd floor, because I wouldn’t talk with that said worker who decided to reject my case because I blew her off while I was doing the phone interview and she was trying to talk to me while I’m on the phone

My name is Samuel heyward,I've been trying to apply on line,to hra,,for months to get assistance,one shot deal.....I've falling I'm hard times,had to (burial)(,my daughter),in December,which has cost me,$12,000//// my income is Ssi/ I'm (7) months behind in late rents,hra....is not.... responding to my calls or e.mail.....im disabled,gotta go to office....this.. week...to day,I've gotten a call from hra, wanting to know,how I've gotten so far behind, in my late rent,I've asked my case worker,from ...urban pathways,on Kelly St....she has denied me.... assistance,told me...hra...has no money....to help me.....since the day ..I've met this lady,as my case worker,she has never been nice,to me.... being in a mental health, situation,she has hurted,me..... because it's her job to help me.....I've still have not... Been... Helped with the, (one shot deal) application/hra / people have been calling me, asking me.... Same questions, from hra, my rent, has doubled, since, discrimination, is a real, problem, through, these agencies, the workers, are lazy, and not worth, asking them for assistance, people these days, only care, about there own pay checks, and life....
