I love this branch. There is never a long line and I'm in and out for temp card replacement in under five minutes. Just a heads up. This building houses two addresses. The main entrance and only way to enter is thru the door where the addrrss is 1365 and you exit from the door of address 1373. This confused many people but there are always active guards on botrh locations at all timesà ift you have any questions or need directions . Also the first thing you need to do is to heaqd to the kiosk enter your preferred language and select the reason for your visit. Help by staff is standing near by of needed as Well. After you select your reason for your visit a printout will be printed at the kiosk in which you retrieve it and head to the respective department you need There are two floors with an elevator and guards at every corner. Help is always near by if confused or have any questions

Employees are not trained well.. Be prepared to get the run around with this place... while employees act clueless... When u go make sure to write everyone's names you talk too. No coordination at all in this place sad
