I heard it's the worst office in America, they have to be fired immediately, the salaries offered to them by the taxpayers are too good, but their service ability is very poor, their attitude is bad, they don't respect people, they don't have basic respect and upbringing.

Should have more phone service reps available at all times. Don't expect miracles, but I do expect help, and the hra app don't do it. we need to speak to people from hours 9 to 5. What's so hard in answering a dam phone😞
