After a very frustrating experience with Jacuzzi spas my wife and I visited Valley Hot Spring Spas, we were greeted by Jeff who then described the benefits of the Spas in their store. We were very impressed with Cal spa and Jeff answered all of our concerns. We had just waited for almost a year for a Jacuzzi spa only to be told it was going to take at least two more months before it would be delivered, Jeff explained that we would have the Cal Spa within a month. When they called 2 weeks later to ask if we were ready for delivery I was truly excited. Everything from the communication with Jeff, to the efficiency of the crane company, and the electrical contractor that Jeff and his staff recommended has been nothing short of fantastic. Thanks Jeff and Valley HotSpring Spas, we are totally pleased and the spa is awesome.

I purchased a hot tub from this store 2 months ago from salesman Jeff. I was told it was a plug and play unit as long as I had a 120V 20Amp dedicated outlet. I hired an electrician who installed it. The delivery team arrived on-time and set the tub in place. They handed me a outlet box that was specifically for the spa plug. I was forced to bring back my electrician to change out the outlet which was another $150.00. I called and and spoke to Jeff which he said he couldn't help me with the cost. I was given to the sale manager who was very nice. She promised me a credit of $150.00 . We agreed I would use it for a easy lift cover device. She explained they were on backorder and would reach out when they arrived. Two months later I called and spoke to the service manager Andy about the side panel keeps falling off. She told they could send someone out to fix it for $49 trip charge. I begged her to forgive the trip charge but she kept saying the contract states after 30 days warranty is covered but not the trip fee. I asked her to speak to the sales manager and she said she was out for the day. After we weren't resolving the issue I hung up. I wrote this review and before posting it I again called Andy back. I read her my post and she said to hold on a minute. She then came back on and low behold the manager was there with Andy on the line. Andy stated she would waive the trip charge. I asked the manager about her promise for the lift device since they were now stocked. She at first pretended not to remember until I wend through the story again. I read her this posting before I sent it. She got very angry and said I was threatening them. I said all I want was what she promised. So they did nothing and here is my posting.

I purchased a HotSpring Rhythm hot tub in Jan 2022. They had one I wanted in stock so I got it installed in about two weeks. I got a fair price, and great service from my sales person Diane Cox. Diane recommended Oak Electric for my 220 work and I am completely happy with the install. When I stop in the store I feel like an old friend. I highly recommend this store.

Gabe was very helpful and informative with our questions. We unfortunately had to wait 6 months to receive our spa… COVID caused the back orders.. Si we totally understood why we had to wait.. Then the day came that they delivered our spa! We were very impressed with the delivery team. They were also informative. Told my husband how everything works and showed him everything as well.
