Horrible service today. I placed a order online and the delivery tracking said order was delivered but it was not!!!! Can't even call the store directly it sends call to a call center. They just hang up on you. Never again will I order from this store. service sucks!!!!!!

My food was absolutely amazing the pizza was hot and fresh and the wings were Chris flavor was robust and the sauce was perfect I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut for anyone who is looking for quality Pizza and a fast time for maybe a party or small gathering or even to just chill and watch movies overall it was amazing I give it a 10 out of 10

We have ordered multiple times in the past couple of months at different times of the day/week and the result has been the same: undercooked food, incorrect orders, and front desk staff who would rather spend time talking to friends who are hanging out at the counter versus checking out customers. Other nearby pizza restaurants, while also dealing with labor shortages/supply chain issues, seem to still be able to get orders correct.

Order and paid online for a curbside pickup order. Arrive around 20 minutes later and the door is locked, no one inside at all. Lots of other customers showing up confused as well. Called customer service multiple times and was reassured something would be done. Nothing has been done and I still have no pizza 🤷‍♀️
