Under new management after 2 years ago. Beautiful place!

Lake Bernardo Estates has come a long way the past 4 yrs. The new owners have redone the roads, and put in gates at the entrances. The lake looks gorgeous now. I like the fact that it’s family friendly and has a pool for the kiddos to cool off at during the summer. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to live here.

Great park. Clean, well kept, beautiful views and a lake. Management is always handy and responsive. Great community too. Really has it all!!!!

I’ve only had great experiences while visiting here! Everyone has always been very welcoming.

Well les frames are cowards they can’t even give us a town hall so dumb
🙋🏻♀️The new managers have no heart no sense of community its all about the money! So sad the previous managers should still be here! My kids loved them so so much! They were awesome!
They do but since the management company fired Jesse and Stephanie this park has become trailer trash
No
Management sucks just like Escondido girl said Jesse and Stephanie were the best they weren’t racist would never discriminate
No fishing is allowed. But since the improvements on the lake the water is getting more clear. The manager Jesse is taking great pride in making it healthy and 1 day may have fish again.
Approximately 700-800 a month plus gas, electric, and water.
It’s a family park and they got rid of amazing managers to hire a crazy lady
