I live here in gbt and its trash im a kid so im a 13 year old and i will give you my point of view. First of all if something in your house stops working and you ask to the maneger to get it fixed they take at least 2 weeks to come by and fix it. Second of all the people here are rude one of the workers for the maneger got me and my bestfriend in trouble because there was someone that kicked his door and so he went up to me and my friend and got us in trouble and he didnt even have evidence of us doing antthing to his door me and by buddy were just playing soccer and that leads me to my next complain. Me and my friends are well known atheletes in our school and we want to practice in our apartments to get better and when me and my friend were playing some peope came out and told us to leave to field and that we werent allowed to play soccer there also... If you skate this is some what of a good spot but the people here try to argue with you no matter what. I hope my review helped change your mind a little . Thanks for your time.

I lived there and i hated it. Management doesn't care on what happens as long if you pay your rent ! Sad to say but very true!

AWFUL!!! DON'T MOVE HERE ITS DISGUSTINGLY AWFUL!!!! I I have had to deal with termites, two water leakage, there is never EVER parking, the water heater has broken a handful of times, the stove they gave us doesn't even work, the closets are always breaking. I have had my car broken into, a family members car stolen. The gate is always broken. There are always fights, the cops are here twice a month, all of our cars have been towed multiple times. Neighbors have parties and smoke pot and the neigbours upstairs sound like a they are having circus. I would not recommend living here!!! It's so noisy and everything is falling apart!
