Shouldn't one of your 100 employees update your Google to reflect that you are closed instead of having people driving here with their sick kids and seeing your stupid sign on the door? Not sure how such careless people get into the healthcare industry, especially for kids

I brought my son to urgent care on 4/8/22. My son was treated for an ear infection. We had a great experience at this urgent care. The front desk nurse was very helpful and friendly. MD Amy E Lovejoy was very friendly and listened to our concerns and prescribed antibiotics for our sons ear infection. She was very personable and sympathetic made my son comfortable during the check up.

Caring and competent front desk, nurses and doctors. Tried this place after a horrific experience with one of the Oceanside branch nurses. It is worth the extra 25 minute drive from my home. My kids felt safe and appreciated

$713 for waiting 3 and a half hours for a 5 minute visit with the doctor only to find out my son's eye was taking care of itself. No prescription, no lab tests, no actual work done to my son and I get charged $713?!? OUTRAGEOUS 5 MINUTES OF A QUICK GLIMPSE OF MY SONS SWOLLEN EYE IS $713?!? BEING THAT UNDERSTAFFED AND MAKING US WAIT RIDICULOUS AMOUT OF TIME WITH OTHER SICK CHILDREN AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO COME AFTER ME WITH THAT BILL??? INCREDIBLE. I looked at the bill and asked for an itemized list it doesn't even say what they're charging for. I guess the chair we had to sit in for those 3 hours while my son was screaming.
