Made an appointment for a rapid test, got results back within 10 minutes of my test. Even though the site is set up to be appointment-based only, there is still a line of cars. It took me about 30 minutes to get through the line of cars on a Monday afternoon. Staff was helpful and efficient, process was not confusing.

Had reservation for 1:30pm. Arrived ahead of time and waited 2.5 hours in line only to be told as I approached the front of the line around 4pm they could no long perform my test I had and appointment for and had already paid for. Would definitely not recommend this location.

Had an appointment for both my kids this morning, to be clear for school tomorrow. Appointment was 10:45am, waited in line for 1.5 hours. Received text for 1 child, but no additional email and no results for other child. Now I’m going on 7 hours still waiting for rapid results that should have been received within 60 mins. Shocked that this is what I get for spending $250 with this company. Better off at free Covid testing sites.

I never write reviews but making an exception given how poor the service was. They had 2 lines of cars and only 1 individual taking the test samples. Process was so ineffective that it took forever to get the rapid test done. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Joke is that you book your appointment in advance so there is no excuse for not staffing properly.
