The reason I gave one star is because I am not able to give zero star. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The most terrible and irresponsible staffs and managements I have ever seen, no one would reply to you no matter how many calls and emails you sent. This place just disgusted me from the first day to the last day I lived. 1. NO ONE RESPONDS! NO ONE RESPONDS! No matter how many emails and calls. Are the managements as busy as national presidents and big companies' CEO? You are just nothing! 2. The contract started from Aug 20 but they charged you the whole month rent for August. All the apartment I lived before split the rent based on the actual days if it is not a full month. And the contract ends on July 31st? Do you know how inconvenient it is? How much money do you want? 3. How many packages and food deliveries I lost? Staffs said they are delivery company's responsibilities, those companies did not take responsibilities as well. Waste my time to find retailers for refunds or reshipment again and again? 4. One of my friends payed the rent on time, but the apartment sent a summon from the court just less than half month days after the payment due. 5. Have no idea where my security deposit check is, called multiple times to ask but NO ONE RESPONDS. Look at them, only thing they do every day is to think about how to get more money from residents, not matter how disgusting. The worst decision I made in my life is to live here. If you want a pleasant life in the city, avoid this apartment!
