Filthy! The tables hadn't been cleaned. Also, I fell on the way to the bathroom because the floors were caked with grease. (I am on crutches.) Even the floor in the bathroom was slippery. When I told the young female behind the counter that the floors needed to be cleaned, she laughed.

One of the better Wendy's I've been to. They made me a salad without cheese even though I'd only asked if it was possible and they said they were pre-made so it wasn't. But the manager heard our conversation and made one for me. It was really kind.

My meal was absolutely delicious, I hadn't been here in years and it was nice remembering the times me and my mother used to spend there before she passed. It was extremely clean and the employees were very courteous. The food was served pretty quickly but with the size of the kitchen I can imagine things slowing down a bit regardless I'm not into this whole new fad of getting your food instantly, as a chef I can tell you there is a time when your food comes way too fast and people should learn the difference.

Wendy's in Greenfield is truly a hit-or-miss situation. What used to be an outstanding fast food restaurant has turned into a Taco Bell run restaurant. And by this I just mean they don't care. I was once told to pull forward for my order 20 minutes went by nothing finally the lady comes out and says she forgot to continue my order and then if I'd like she can go back inside and like start my order. Then she offered me the food she was taking home after she had punched out on her shift. Dave the manager seems to be decent but the staff there is pretty indecent. If they're not making your food the way that you want it even though it's not Burger King I would talk to the manager so you can have it your way.
You can ask for one there or buy them from a store (CVS, Wallgreens, etc). You may also be able to buy them online.
