Lose Lb's, gain confidence, or just chill in a healthy place, u can't go wrong here. Worth a trip\commute too.

Excellent water aerobics class! Great instructors and a wonderful group of people to work out with. The exercise regime really helps me to keep limber after two major back operations. I go three days a week and the classes have helped me physically, emotionally and mentally. A win win and it's made me have a more positive outlook.

I have been a member here for 5 years. The community is great, I am very happy with the friends I have made here. My family and I have used the basic membership, which allows for us to use a variety of gym equipment, the cardio room, pool, hot tub, basketball court, and boxing room.

They have some family days coming up you will have to call for the dates

The Greenfield YMCA opens at 5:00am Monday through Fridays. You will be greeted warmly!
The silver sneakers discount is a benefit of your insurance plan. It is equal to the Silver membership at the Y. The water exercise class is not included and is an additional charge. Give them a call for more information.
