Wendy's in Greenfield is truly a hit-or-miss situation. What used to be an outstanding fast food restaurant has turned into a Taco Bell run restaurant. And by this I just mean they don't care. I was once told to pull forward for my order 20 minutes went by nothing finally the lady comes out and says she forgot to continue my order and then if I'd like she can go back inside and like start my order. Then she offered me the food she was taking home after she had punched out on her shift. Dave the manager seems to be decent but the staff there is pretty indecent. If they're not making your food the way that you want it even though it's not Burger King I would talk to the manager so you can have it your way.
Ask to speak to the manager
I get mine the way I want it when I go inside. Drive thru orders usually are made wrong. Talk to the Manager.
Good question Ed. I got one better though... why can't this Wendy's get an order right? Don't remember the last time I went there got home and actually had everything I ordered in the bag! I used to call management and even called corporate. Finally I came to realize they either only hire morons, or just don't care about their customers. I now only visit Wendy's if I'm out of town. Seems to be the only way to get excellent customer service and what you order, all in one trip.
They shouldn't refuse.. ask to speak with the manager next time.

How did you want it made? They can't cook the meat any differently. They have a great Manager you should ask him.
Maybe because only in BK you can have it your way Jk they are very weird about it I don't know why though.
