Hyde’s Air Conditioning has earned my highest rating for their professional and immediate response to my A/C needs. When our system stopped operating Hyde’s scheduled their top technician Jonathan Carrier to respond and try to repair the system that same day. A temporary fix was initially performed to provide some immediate relief however it was clear a new system was needed. Jonathan provide three proposals for our consideration. Because of our immediate needs everyone at the company was involved. The new system was ordered and Christi made necessary schedule arrangements to have the new system installed immediately. Michael Hyde personally called me to discuss the recommendations and personally stand on the reputation on the company. Installation was not easy but Josh and partner Jesus used their years of experience to precisely install the system. The day following the installation Jonathan arranged his schedule to conduct a system review and quality inspection on the installation. By the way this was during the hottest time of the year in mid July! There are many companies in the Coachella Valley that provide Air Conditioning installations and service. If you are in the position we found ourselves in, choose wisely, select Hyde’s Air Conditioning for all your cooling and heating needs. Hyde’s has earned my highest recommendations.
